- User-Provided Data: Product name, Expiry date, Quantity, and custom Notes/reminders. This data is entered by the user or captured using device features such as scanning and OCR.
- Device & Usage Information: Device model, operating system, app version, and crash logs for performance improvement.
- Advertising Information: Google AdMob may collect anonymous identifiers (such as Advertising ID) to display relevant ads.

- Authenticate users and manage accounts.
- Store and sync inventory data across devices.
- Schedule and deliver timely expiry notifications.
- Improve app performance and user experience.

- User data is securely stored using Firebase services.
- Local data may also be stored on the device for offline access.

- Inventory data is linked to the user’s account.

- Users may delete their data by removing items or uninstalling the app.
- Account deletion requests remove associated data from our systems.
